Return Window & Eligibility
At Daily Play Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Children’s Play Products-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Hygiene products, such as play mats and personal use items.
- Customized or personalized items, including custom name puzzles.
- Digital goods, such as downloadable activity guides.
- Perishable items, including any edible play products.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any item that has been opened or used may not be eligible for return. Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, and parts are included with the return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dailyplayhub.com within the 30-day return window. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
Refund Method & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the defect or error to expedite the process.
